STEPS
1. Begin by painting your terracotta pot with the black acrylic paint. Use two coats to fully cover.
2. Once dry, apply a thin layer of Mod Podge along the inside of the lip. Sprinkle with gold glitter.
3. Next, apply a thin layer along the outer rim. Roll in glitter.
4. Attach the sticker out line of the shamrock to the front of the pot.
5. Apply light coat of Mod Podge to the shamrock area. Sprinkle with gold glitter and slowly remove the sticker outline.
6. Fill with golden candies and you are finished!
